5种植物乙醇提取物及其复配物对
荔枝霜疫霉菌的抑菌活性

摘要:

【目的】研究5种植物乙醇提取物及其复配物对荔枝霜疫霉菌的抑菌活性,为开发荔枝水果保鲜剂和植物源复配杀菌剂提供科学依据。【方法】采用超声波辅助提取法提取丁香、黄柏、细辛、苦参和花椒等5种植物的乙醇提取物,利用生长速率法和孢子囊萌发法探讨5种植物乙醇提取物及其复配物对荔枝霜疫霉菌的抑制作用。【结果】丁香、黄柏和细辛在提取物浓度5.000 mg/mL下对荔枝霜疫霉菌的抑菌率均为100.00%,苦参和花椒的抑菌率分别为83.00%和74.00%。丁香、细辛、黄柏、苦参和花椒的乙醇提取物对荔枝霜疫霉菌的抑菌中浓度(EC50)分别为0.30、0.51、0.58、1.21和1.48 mg/mL。在1∶1(V/V)的配比下,苦参与花椒乙醇提取物的复配物抑制荔枝霜疫霉菌菌丝生长的增效比率(SR)最高,为4.59,表现为增效作用;丁香+黄柏、丁香+细辛和黄柏+细辛复配物的SR则在0.5~1.5,表现为相加作用。【结论】丁香、黄柏、细辛、苦参和花椒等5种植物的乙醇提取物对荔枝霜疫霉菌有较强的抑菌活性,其复配物对抑制荔枝霜疫霉菌菌丝生长具有增效或相加作用。在抑菌复配剂配伍时,可从降低成本和保护野生植物资源角度考虑选择适当的植物种类。

【Objective】The present experiment was conducted to study antibacterial activity of ethanol extracts from 5 species of plants and their compounds against Peronophythora litchi Chen, in order to provide scientific basis for developing litchi preservatives and botanical compound fungicide. 【Method】Five kinds of extracts were extracted from Syringa aramaticum, Phellodendron amurense Rupr., Asarum sieboldii, Sophora flavescens and Pricklyash peel by ultrasonic-assisted extraction method, respectively. The inhibitory effect of 5 kinds of extracts and their compounds on P. litchi were tested by using mycelial growth rate method and sporangial germination assay. 【Result】The results showed that, the inhibition rates of 5.000 mg/mL extracts from S. aramaticum, P. amurense and A. sieboldii against P. litchi were all 100.00%, those of extracts from S. flavescens and P. peel were 83.00% and 74.00%, respectively. The median effective concentrations(EC50) of five extracts from S. aramaticum, P. amurense, A. sieboldii, S. flavescens and P. peel were 0.30, 0.51, 0.58, 1.21 and 1.48 mg/mL, respectively. Furthermore, when any two extracts were mixed at the ratio of 1∶1(V/V), the synergistic effect of compound extracts from S. flavescens and P. peel was the best, and the synergistic ratio(SR) was the highest(4.59). The SR of S. aramaticum and P. amurense compound extracts, S. aramaticum and A. sieboldii compound extracts, P. amurense and A. sieboldii compound extracts ranged from 0.5 to 1.5, showing additive effect. 【Conclusion】The extracts from S. aramaticum, P. amurense, A. sieboldii, S. flavescens and P. peel have high antifungal activities to P. litchi, and their compounds have synergistic or additive inhibitory effects on mycelial growth of P. litchi. Considering compatibility of antifungal compound, the appropriate plant species should be selected from aspects of reducing cost and protecting wild plant resources.
