夏秋季遮光处理对海南黄灯笼辣椒幼苗的影响

摘要:

【目的】探寻适宜热带地区黄灯笼辣椒育苗遮光的遮阳网及遮光时段,为海南黄灯笼辣椒生产提供参考依据。【方法】分别设置遮光率30%(T3)、50%(T5)、70%(T7)和90%(T9)4个处理,以大棚内不遮光为对照(CK),测定黄灯笼辣椒(热辣2号)的形态指标、壮苗指数及叶绿素、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量和最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm),探讨热带地区夏秋季不同遮光处理对海南黄灯笼辣椒幼苗的影响。【结果】随着遮光率的增加,热辣2号的形态指标、壮苗指数、叶绿素含量和Fv/Fm呈下降趋势;T3处理的叶片在光合作用旺盛阶段净光合速率(Pn)最高,说明光照过高或过低均抑制黄灯笼辣椒的光合作用;对照(CK)辣椒幼苗的株高、茎粗、光合产物积累、壮苗指数、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量和Fv/Fm均显著高于T5、T7和T9处理(P<0.05,下同);CK、T5、T7和T9处理的黄灯笼辣椒幼苗叶片质膜透性显著高于T3处理,脯氨酸含量显著低于T3处理。【结论】热带地区夏秋季选用遮光率30%的遮阳网在中午对黄灯笼辣椒幼苗进行短期遮光,可减少高光强对黄灯笼辣椒幼苗的影响,有利于培育健壮的黄灯笼辣椒种苗。

【Objective】The proper shading rate and timing for Capsicum chinense Jacq. cultivation in tropical area were explored to provide references for its production in Hainan Province. 【Method】Four shading rates of 30%(T3),50%(T5),70%(T7) and 90%(T9) were set with no shading as the control to explore effects of different shading rate on Capsicum chinense Jacq. seedlings in summer and autumn in tropical area based on the analysis on morphological indexes,seedling index,chlorophyll content, soluble protein and Fv/Fm. 【Result】The results showed that morphological indexes,seedling index,chlorophyll content and Fv/Fm declined with increased shading rate. Pn was the biggest in T3 during peak time of photosynthesis, demonstrating an inhibitory effect in photosynthesis caused by excessive or less PPFD. Plant height, stem diameter, photosynthetic product, seedling index, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar and Fv/Fm in CK were significantly higher than those in T5, T7 and T9 (P<0.05,the same hereinafter). Relative permeability of plasma in T5, T7, T9 and CK was significantly higher than that in T3 while proline was significantly lower in T5, T7, T9 and CK than that in T3. 【Conclusion】A shading net with shading rate of 30% is recommended at noon to alleviate high light intensity damage in Capsicum chinense Jacq. and cultivate vigorous seedlings in summer and autumn.
