光质对碧玉兰组培苗生长及若干生理指标的影响

摘要:

【目的】探讨LED不同光质对碧玉兰组培苗生长及生理特性的影响,以期为植物组织培养专用LED光源的研发提供理论支持,也为碧玉兰的规模化生产提供参考。【方法】采用LED光源发射的单色光谱红、蓝、绿光等,进行不同光质配比组合,以荧光灯为对照,对碧玉兰组培苗生长及生理指标进行差异比较分析。【结果】碧玉兰组培苗在单一红、蓝光下均生长不良,复合LED光质下形态正常。红蓝绿复合光(RBG)处理的叶片色素含量最高。红光有利于可溶性糖的合成,蓝光有利于游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白的合成。红蓝复合光(2RB)处理碧玉兰组培苗的根长、根数、植株干重、可溶性糖和能效指标最高。【结论】LED红蓝复合光(2RB)是碧玉兰组培苗生长的最佳光源,LED光照系统可替代荧光灯成为碧玉兰幼苗组织培养的理想光源。

【Objective】The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of LED different light qualities on growth and physiological characteristics of Cymbidium lowianum plantlets so as to provide theoretical support for LED system research and development and large-scale production of Cymbidium lowianum. 【Method】Different combinations were formed by arraying the different light qualities at different proportions based on LED monochromatic spectrum including red, blue and green with fluorescent lamp as the control. The effects of different light qualities generated by LED on growth and physiological characteristic index of Cymbidium lowianum plantlets were studied. 【Result】The Cymbidium lowianum plantlets showed bad growth status under only red and blue LED light, but normal growth in complex LED light. RBG treatment exhibited higher pigmeat content than other treatments. Red light promoted the content of soluble sugar, and blue light promoted the contents of amino acids and soluble protein. Plantlets under 2RB exhibited the highest root length, root number, plant dry weight, soluble sugar content and energy efficiency. 【Conclusion】The results showed that the red-blue complex of LED (2RB) light was the optimal for the growth of Cymbidium lowianum plantlet,accordingly LED illumination system could replace fluorescent as an ideal light source in Cymbidium lowianum plantlets.
